Well, I did get to see Butch Walker live:D!
This review didn’t help but I got what I wanted anyway:P.
He was amazing, no words can describe it, I’m still a little blown away and that while the show was more than a week ago! Well, you should check out the vids I made of Butch and Butch with Pink!

Thank you so much! Every time somebody who shared that experience leaves a comment here or at YouTube, on one of my videos from that show, it immediately brings me back to that night.

We’re all part of a tribe that experienced something with each other, and with that band, that was beyond description, actually. I tried to write about it and I tell people about it often, but those of us who were there and experienced it will always feel and know it in a “you had to be there” way.

I still feel so grateful to everybody in the audience who made that happen and to the band for inspiring us to do so. I think that’s what moved me most about the entire show — there was a constant exchange of gratitude and energy between audience and musicians. Everybody was giving 100%… or more… and collectively, we took it to a level that many people can’t imagine. Through music, Atoms For Peace reminded us that we can come together and change the course of what’s expected or what’s “supposed to” happen, and do something magical, experience something amazing.

We should do it more often

What an amazing night indeed. I’ve been going to shows since I was a child and that one was way I mean way up there. I remember when the lights and the “go home” music came on. I just looked over at my friends and gave them the “we’re not leaving” look. We stuck around and Thom finally comes out and says “really guys” better than church on Sunday to say the least.

you are so right! I was at that show. it made me want to laugh, cry, dance, beam…so fantastic. I was exhausted when I arrived and yet I found myself on my feet and dancing through the entire show. thanks for the tidbits of video, they bring back great memories.

I’ve known Jamie since 8th grade and she has always been a talented singer-song writer. But it has been this last year and a half that I’ve heard her develop more of her own story and style in her rhythms and lyrics. With so much music to choose from, Jamie’s has the personal touch that will have me humming the melody long after I’ve stopped listening.
Congratulations Jamie! You deserve this and I pray that your career will escalate to new heights.
